Vintage late 90s/early Y2K aqua blue party dress in a sheer mesh trimmed in sequins and beads, over a lining layer. It has a scarf hem, a dramatic racerback that attaches with two hooks at the back of the neck, and a low back that cinches slightly with a corset tie. There is a side zipper closure, and padding in the cups.
